What happened in between.
Strategy, positioning, and the narrative deep dive
Before a single application, we set the strategy: what he was optimizing for, which companies deserved his time, and how a Senior PM positions for a principal-level room. Then the deep dive: every meaningful thing he'd done pulled into one place, stories rebuilt with real numbers in his voice, and his “Tell me about yourself” tuned three ways, for the recruiter, the hiring manager, and the panel.
The AI PM narrative, mock reps, and the blind spot
His loops were AI-heavy, so we rebuilt how he talks about AI work: the products he shipped, the judgment calls behind them, and the technical vocabulary drilled until it was natural, not rehearsed. Then mock reps, rep after rep. A few reps in, I found the pattern he couldn't see in himself, named it plainly, and we drilled the fix until it was his. The pattern stays between us.
Momentum
Weekly goals, held to. Same-day resets when a rough round shook his confidence, because mindset is half of pace. Several processes running in parallel instead of one at a time, and a prep brief before every round: who the interviewers were, what they actually test, and which of his stories carried that room.
Offers, and a choice
Final loops back to back, then negotiation: what to ask for, what to hold, and when to stay quiet. Three offers landed. And with three on the table, he said no to a final-round interview at Tempus that was already on his calendar. By the end, he was the one doing the choosing.

The part I bring.
I will find everything costing you the offer, and I'll fix it. I'll uncover your blind spot.
Not because I'm clever. Because I've sat across from 350+ PMs, and I've watched the same handful of patterns cost good people good offers, so I recognize yours fast. I name it plainly, we drill it until it's gone, and what you show me in a mock stays between us. Kalyan's pattern stays his.
If your search is running on months-time, that pace is not a law of nature.
The first step is a discovery call, an honest conversation about where you are and whether I can help. Kalyan went through the same call in May.
